Helping Women Transition From Homelessness to Independence
By providing women leaving a shelter with a full to queen sized air mattress and linen.
Our Mission Is to Support Women Experiencing Homelessness and Other Barriers of Care
Our goal is to help provide a path to self-sufficiency and stability by providing air mattresses to those women leaving the shelter and moving into their own apartment most times with just the clothes they have brought with them to the shelter.

Embrace The Process was birthed in 2013 by Tracie Lynch. I saw a need to empower women. I reached out to a group of women who had the same passion and the heartbeat of Embrace The Process began. Since then ETP has held three, 3-day women’s conferences where women were embraced and provided information through a series of women related workshops and activities, with over 200 women in attendance. Two educational women’s brunches were also held where women were reached through song, dance and an educational panel as well other community venues. Today we have the same heartbeat to provide services to women, One Woman at a Time!
